Where are your products made?

All of our purses are made in San Francisco, California,  USA.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our website 24/7.

What payment methods do you accept?

All prices are stated in USD and the following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses when they have a US zip code and Internationally. However, additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery may take longer. 

How long before my order ships?

Dottie Bean purses are made to order and will ship within 2-3 weeks after payment has been confirmed.

What about sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to California.

I saw a purse I love but now it's not available! Will it be available soon and is there anyway I can still buy it? 

Many of our purses are limited-edition, so we can’t always re-stock them once they’ve sold out. Be sure to stay on top of new arrivals and limited-editions is by signing up for our newsletter.

Why doesn't my purse look exactly like the one online?

Each bag is one-of-a-kind and slight differences in pattern and color are to be expected.

Returns/Refunds?

Dottie Bean has a satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason your order doesn't meet your expectations just return it and we will issue a refund. You will only be responsible for shipping.

If your order is damaged during delivery, we would be happy to help you resolve reimbursement with the shipper.

Do I need an account to make a purchase from Dottie Bean?

Nope! You don't need an account to purchase from Dottie Bean, but having an account will make out the checkout process so much faster!
